1. Where are you located?

We are an entirely mobile company which enables us to come right to you! We can detail your car almost anywhere! In a parking lot, on the street, at your home or even at your work place.

2. Which areas do your service?

We mainly service the Montgomery County area; however, we are always willing to travel to your business, home or current location. Additional fees may apply.

3. Will it scratch my car?

No. The Epic detailing process is 100% scratch free, guaranteed!

4. How long should I allow for my car to be detailed?

Our services vary from 2 hours to over 6 hours – depending on your vehicle's condition and the level of service you require.

5. What is your cancellation policy?

Please give us at least a 24 hour notice of cancelation. Multiple cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Do you offer multi-vehicle or group discounts?

Yes. We would love to set up a multi-vehicle or group discount for you, your friends, or your place of business.

7. Since you are a mobile service, do you require any resources?

No. We have everything covered.

8. Do I need to do prepare my vehicle prior to my wash?

Yes. We ask you to please clear your vehicle of any personal belongings in order to serve you better.

9. Are regular care plans available?

Yes. We can modify a care plan that works for your schedule and budget.

10. How often should my car be detailed?

Depending on how often you use your car, we recommend a full detail every 3 to 4 months.
